  I talked to Judy on the phone and told her what I wanted in auto insurance and a few hours later she back with me a policy with better rates and so she is great She was recommended by a neighbor and so now I am also recommending her

  “Jodi and our Brightway team recently did a fantastic job helping us negotiate a costly annual renewal policy for our fleet of ride-hail and limo fleet vehicles. We were facing a highly unreasonable 60% renewal increase in our provider premium amount despite no accidents, issues, incidents, or claims during the prior year. Brightway invested weeks of concerted effort to negotiate with the provider to optimize our coverage, drivers, terms, etc.. When all was said and done, the policy was renewed with roughly a 10% price reduction from the prior year annual premium. Now THAT is fantastic customer service - thank you!”

  Haley S was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the mortgage insurance process. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and was always willing to answer my questions. I truly appreciate her patience, communication, and excellent customer service.
