  I started talking to Robert about my home and car coverages. He looked and found me a quote saving $270 on the cars and close to $325 on the homeowners. This amount will allow us close to a total of $600 per month.

  We use Brightway for all our insurance needs. The team is very efficient, effective, and very professional. I needed to get updated flood insurance, and it was addressed within 30 minutes. They previously reviewed my HO policy and saved me over $1,500.

  “John was clear and concise with what was available to me for my auto insurance needs. He was able to place me with a carrier that charges almost half the cost of my current carrier, with the same coverages. John was very nice and helpful and the paperwork that I had to complete was very understandable. It was hard to leave my carrier that I had for 25 years, but the cost difference was amazing.”

  i was sold a policy and charged on 7/13. couple days later they called me asking additional questions, then some more couple days later until they told me they had the wrong policy and any other carrier would be 3-5x more. fine, things happen and i didnt complain since she requested a refund on 7/24. first they said some business days and then next they completely ignored my emails. its no 8/18. almost a month later and no refund, not even a call or email explanation. despite me giving benefit of the doubt and even multiple emails for updates i have been ignored. not sure they feel like its not their problem since they already requested refund and im not making them money anymore, i dont know. very disappointing a business cant have common courtesy anymore. will be escalating further until i have my funds back.
