  Called to receive a quote for our new condo and we’re connected to Jordan, who was very helpful in getting our quote and insurance purchase. Jordan did a great job explaining the entire process and ensuring we understand our quote and policy. He answered all our questions and I have no hesitation to recommend him or Brightway Insurance. I will give him a 5* for our experience!

  John was so helpful in exploring other options on my homeowner's insurance. Not only was he patient with all my questions, he took the time to explain the advantages to a particular company that made it so much easier to make changes. Working with John, I felt more at ease in my decision! Sometimes, change is scary!

  WOW WE ARE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT JORDON PROVIDE TO US HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPED US THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF DETERMINING WHAT LEVEL OF INSURANCE WE WOULD NEED TO ADEQUATELY PROTECT OUR HOME.   Have worked with Miles walcott for homeowner insurance. Miles is a very good to do business with. He is very knowledgeable about insurance needs, very patient with customers, understands requirements of the customer, and comes with insurance solutions. He seems to have good work ethics and good customer service intents. Five stars

  Hello I took a chance in doing the little questionnaire online when I seen the commercial saying that you can have insurance as low as $39 a month and you know sometimes when it sounds too good to be true it usually is however I got a call from everquote who then got me in contact with Brianna Henderson and OMG how I am so glad I did the questionnaire. Brianna was so amazing she was very empathetic she took the time to listen and even though I know she's not responsible for you know everything that happens she took it she apologized she was Exemplar Mary staff! She would be an amazing trainer to train all your new employees and I think she deserves a huge raise I mean just from her customer service alone I've already sent out her information to like four different people because the amount of money that Brianna saved me I feel like I won the lottery and to say that about insurance in Florida especially housing insurance Simply Amazing so thank you Brianna you were amazing keep being your gorgeous beautiful self and I play you have a blessed weekend and congratulations on your new promotion
