  I just want to get on here and say Mrs Valaria sapp was great and I really appreciate her she took her time and helped me find the correct answers to my questions and she was very nice and she did it so quick in no time

  I am giving them one star only because I can't take any other stars away. We have used it for several years and everything was good until the last couple of months. There has been extra charges on our debit card playing that it was for Telehealth something that was never discussed nor did we know that they sold we were supposed to be refunded and she was supposed to be submitted as possible scam. So at that point we were waiting on a refund but we still had to pay a late fee plus or insurance. It has been more than 10 business days and we never received a refund after making several calls they have no record of our card being charged although they said prior to that that they could see the charges. Then we called them again and they said that $85 was for commission and $15 was for our insurance. So we didn't get paid more late fees and had to get our policy renewed just to find out right now a week later that are insurance has elapsed again. So fed up we have tried to talk with corporate and there is nothing that they can do for us

  My experience with Valaria Sapp has been outstanding—by far the best I’ve had with an insurance agent. She originally found me a great rate, but what really impressed me was that she went out of her way to double-check for even better options. She ended up saving me an additional $40 a month! That kind of honesty and dedication is hard to find. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and real savings. Dealing with Valaria Sapp is Absolutely The BEST!!!
