  I reached out to Brightway Insurance The Wilson Agency. For home insurance. And Beranda Houts. Started working with me. To help me get the most coverage for the best price. Boy was happy I called. First I was working a lot and needed some time to get a inspection, she recommended ( DT Home Inspection Services which did a thorough and very professional job) and some time turned into over a month! But when I called back she remembered all my information and help me. ( she did all the work!) save a whole lot of money!!! Working with her I truly believe she was trying to get me the best I could get at the best price!! Thank you again Beranda for everything!! I will highly recommend you to everyone I know.

  I was very pleased with my dealings with Brightway, The Wilson Agency, specifically with Beranda Houts, the agent who assisted me, and her "Mascot-Titan". She was very professional and knowledgeable in getting me a very good price for my home insurance. I would recommend this agency if you are looking for the same!

  I went into my first conversation with Laynee not knowing what I needed or what I was doing. She figured that out pretty quickly, asked good questions, and didn't overwhelm me with options I'd never use. Ended up with coverage that actually fits, at a price I was comfortable with. She followed up after everything was finalized too

  I was fortunate to have the opportunity to speak with Sam regarding my home insurance. Sam answered all of my questions with detail and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision that saved me almost 50% from my previous policy without losing any coverage. The experience with Brightway and especially with Sam has been great and i highly recommend speaking with Sam if you are in the market for an updated policy. Thank you Sam!

  I write this review after Brightway (Ms. Houts) provided a total restructuring plan for all my insurance needs. This encompassed home, 3 autos, boat, and RV. Brightway being an Independent Agency; Ms. Houts reached out to many underwriters and found very competitive rates. I found her process saved me at least 28% total decrease to my overall annual rates. I'm receiving lesser deductible costs, and have better coverages. I'm a retired Chief USAF 35 YRS. I very much appreciate competence and Ms. Houts certainly proved hers. There is much more structure working with an independent, makes you feel connected being able to work with an individual and not just typical computer driven platform AI makes mistakes and so do I. Bottom Line: I feel very comfortable now with my insurance needs and I didn't before Brightway. James Payne Crystal River, FL.
