  Completely waste of time with calls and messages when these guys said there is no flood claim when this was clearly flooded fun fact that the insurance accepted the claim and sent the first check already when they said there’s no way to get this accepted by the insurance, even when I followed up and told them that the insurance already accepted the claim and sent payout, they didn’t reverse the original false decision so I just went with the competition and so far everything is very well

  Platinum Public Adjusters did a marvelous job for me. I had a leak in one of the rooms at my house. I called my insurance company and they sent an adjuster out. I was denied. I called Platinum and they were able to assist me in obtaining money to fix my roof and have money left over. So, if you have a problem with your roof, pipe or anything, do not hesitate to call Platinum Public Adjusters. They will put money in your pocket.
