  I followed an agent over to Waldorff when he decided to make the move. I. have had multiple policies with multiple companies with Waldorff for multiple years. Each year, the service got worse and worse. The agents weren't interested in shopping my policies, they didn't even call me when i was "non-renewed." They wouldn't even call or email to let me know that my renewal was coming up. They have made several changes to staff and reworked their teams and left me without representation and several times left me completely uninsured because they dropped the ball. It has taken me YEARS to get all my policies out from them and I can finally say that I am free of Waldorff. In my opinion, they have agents working that are unqualified and their is no drive or need to help their customers find the right insurance.

  I do not typically write reviews, but felt like this could be of value to others seeking insurance through a broker. Have been with Waldorff for 6 years. Unfortunately the insurance they provided me, Fed Nat, cancelled over 60K policies in Florida and I was one of the casualties. Waldorf did not call me back after several attempts and then 3 weeks later I get a email stating they could not help me. Never once did I file a claim nor have I ever, but I paid my premiums. I would suggest you find a another company that is interested in you as a loyal customer.

  We are delighted to have been working with this company for almost five years with various projects. Builder's risk, homeowner's, and landlord policies have been researched, explained, and executed by Julia and Alda to meet our different needs over the years. They are a skilled team.
