My home received significant hurricane damage in 2024. The city was great to work with. So was the County. And FEMA. And my contractors. And everybody - EXCEPT the insurance companies. A friend referred me to VIP, and I'm so glad they did! VIP was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly they delivered real results. VIP Adjuster’s were accommodating from the very beginning with our water leak damage. Aaron showed up immediately and was very detailed in explaining how they could help the situation. His office was just as responsive Maureen always answered her phone or called back very quickly whenever I had any question . VIP Adjusters were able to resolve everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to stress it. Thank you

I hired VIP adjusting after Irma and after my insurance company short changed me. I will never deal with a storm claim without a public adjuster going forward. Lance and Justin were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. I recommend to all my friends that own homes to use a public adjuster.

The VIP Adjusting team did an excellent job in guiding the insurance company through the details they may have missed throughout the claims process after Hurricane Michael. I understood that the moment Lance walked the damaged house with the insurance adjuster. Through VIP's representation and guidance, the insurance company eventually made us whole again. I can't thank the VIP team enough...they did an excellent job!
