- AWAlicia Watts2 days ago5.0I was getting quotes for Homeowners and Flood insurance for a manufactured home; not the easiest insurance to find. Culbertson agency gave me the quote while on the phone and it was the best price of the four others I had checked. The only thing I didn't like was their answering service. I was not able to call and ask directly for the salesperson I was dealing with. I had to leave a message for a call back.

Half the time nobody answers and I have to leave message and have NEVER received a call back. On the few occasions when I did get a live person they would put me on hold, come back and say "so and so" is working on it. The last call I was assured the manager was taking over my issue. That was 4 business days ago, and still no call back. Tried calling again ... NO ANSWER! Shameful business practices.
