  My husband and son have lead feet. Between that and my son’s accident we were paying approximately $1800 per month for progressive auto insurance. My friend told me that her agent, Charlee at Cassidy insurance was able to get her a much lower rate than State Farm so my husband and I went to meet Miss Charlee to see what she could do to help us. My husband likes to joke around by playfully giving a hard time, his new friend Charlee didn’t skip a beat, the playful banter continued until Charlee exclaimed that our new coverage that she was able to secure, keeping the same coverage was going to be $637.61 per month. I never imagined a greater than 50% reduction in premiums was possible but Cassidy Insurance and Charlee with the beautiful smile made it happen. It’s difficult to turn an insurance company visit with a knowledgeable agent into entertainment but that’s the superior service we received and my husband has a new friend to volley with. Top service and a huge reduction in premiums.

  Kim Cassidy is very professional, she handles business and responds timely, however their rates are sky high compared to what I was able to find. No differences in coverage. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for agent Charlee Hatter. I was paying almost $3000 per six months with a decent driving history, a few tickets nothing insane. I did have full coverage uninsured motorist coverage etc. I am not super savvy when I comes to things like this as I was never taught. I called to ask some questions one day and agent Charlee answered. Charlee did not answer one of my questions, and the second and third question she answered she had such a demeaning tone. I felt so embarrassed even through the phone, my cheeks went red. She told me “well it is Florida we have hurricanes that increase rates.” She told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked to speak to Kim, she told me she was busy but she could continue to help me in a very sarcastic and frankly rude tone. She seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered with my ignorance. I asked if she could have Kim call back, she said she would tell her but that she was busy and I may not get a call.” At this point the frustration was really built up so I politely told her I would call back at a different time and she just hung up. Then I called a few days later requesting to speak to Kim when Charlee again answered the phone and gave me the same spiel. I was more stern in tone and Kim called me back within 15 minutes and was able to answer my questions. She was not however able to help me lower this insanely high rate. I found a new agent with a new insurance company and now I am paying HALF of what I was paying with Allstate at Cassidy Insurance. And the coverage is the same. My boyfriend also cancelled with them like I did. He was not pleased with his rate. I emailed Charlee to confirm cancellation, as soon as I got the new insurance and then followed her request to show her the new policy so she could cancel the old one and she did not even bother to respond to my email. I gave it a day in good faith. I then got a notification via text that my payment with Allstate was over due. Super frustrating. I emailed her again, no reply. Finally the third time she responded with two sentences and said she has no clue why I am receiving notifications. This experience was absolutely awful. I feel like this is taking advantage of people and shaming them into believing there is no other option. Charlee needs to learn and practice her “people skills” before being put on the phone as the face of the business when someone calls. You will lose clients and I’m not trying to be malicious. I would not recommend to anyone.

  Thanks to Eden, finding the right auto and home insurance bundle was a seamless experience. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions every step of the way. Not only did she secure excellent coverage, but she also helped us save money. Exceptional service from start to finish, I highly recommend working with her!
