The agent I worked with, Jason Taylor was prompt in responding to my request for auto and home quotes, getting back to me with in 24 hours. The quotes were easy to read and Jason answered all my questions professionally and honestly. The Trident and Liberty Mutual quotes were competitive enough for me to change companies saving me hundreds of dollars. Hopefully the claims process, if I ever need to file a claim, will be as smooth.
