She explains in detail every inch of your pooch without confusing you. And I find State Farm to be the most consistent in pricing. My dad was transferred to another agent and when I called to have switched to Stephanie their office gave me a hard time and a run around only confirming why I want to be with Frank/Stephanie even more. You never get that with them. Only honesty and clear communication. None better in the business.
