Recently my wife was in an accident with our children and it’s been awhile since we’ve had to deal with any of this especially being rear ended with multiple cars was complicated situation their team picked up phone and walked us through the next steps. They didn’t pass us off to a phone or ai service to handle it. Which is rare these days. Highly recommend this agency!

He answered my call on the first ring, and stayed on the phone to walk me through everything. I will be Harper's client after that experience. They quoted me more coverage for less money, but I would've gone with them even if it was more expensive.
