  I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from my insurance broker. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood my options. His customer service was truly exceptional, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and their needs. It is rare to find someone so dedicated, responsive, and trustworthy. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process.   Thank you to Jason Shears from Allstate Insurance you save us over $500.00 on our Auto Insurance. Jason took the application in person and with in 30 minutes we had a new car 🚗 Insurance. I am highly recommend to use the Jason Shears agency for all your Insurance needs

  So Glad I Made the Switch to Allstate I had been shopping around for auto insurance when I met Jason. I explained how I wanted to shop around for the best deal. He gave me his quote for me to use as I was shopping around. He asked if he could call me to check on my status if I didn’t get back to him. I agreed. I still wasn’t ready when he called me back. I called him when was finally ready to switch insurances. He was awesome. He was pleasant and so were the other ladies in the office who I spoke to. They were very friendly and professional as well. I am very pleased with his office. They make you feel like family. I truly appreciate all of the time they spent answering my questions and explaining insurance terms and their meanings. We are very happy with this Allstate office.

  Saved me with my auto insurance when I didn’t have the right coverage. Jason knows all things insurance. Also has a great staff that’s dynamite!! Thank you Jason & team!!

  Seems like every time I call no one will pick up the phone. No response back when I text. I always have to end up calling corporate to get some one on the phone.
