I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Yashieka! She was incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Honestly, it didn’t even feel like I was talking to someone about car insurance 😂 — she made the conversation feel so comfortable and welcoming, almost like I was talking to a family member. Her customer service was absolutely amazing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. It’s not often that you come across someone who can make something as simple as discussing car insurance such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much, Yashieka, for your kindness, professionalism, and beautiful personality. You truly made my day! ❤️
