  So far so good altho my agent never answer my messages he still doing a great job and my rate haven't gone up like other insurance company. Allstate so far is the best for my budget specialty been handicapped. Thank you for the great work you do for me, is truly appreciated.

  I have been with Allstate and Mike Brady for many years. I wanted to post my appreciation to Stephanie Long for her recent assistance. I had some changes to my auto policy that were needed, and she was great throughout the process. Professional and understanding to my situation. Appreciate the great service that she provided!   Was appalled at what I saw when I went in to their office. Re-lean screaming at customers over the phone. Would not even acknowledge that I was there. Screaming about your cellphone repair while you are on the job is very unprofessional . I would never let a person like that work at my business . I would not get bicycle insurance here if they offered it.
