  My homeowners insurance company significantly increased my premium so I worked with Joanne at Brightway to find a carrier with a lower premium and better coverage. Joanne was very knowledgeable about the process. I will definitely call her again for my future insurance needs.

  Joann has been fantastic throughout this process. I am purchasing a new build home in Cape Coral and from the 1st day I called months ago to get a quote to now finalizing the insurance before closing, we spoke a few times. She is very knowledgeable about all kinds of insurance companies. Very pleasant to speak to. She even went the extra mile since I am relocating from Long Island to provide me information on other things to be taken care of such as DMV, licenses, registering vehicles, etc. I highly recommend this agency and to give Joann a call if you are in the market for insurance!!

  Leeza, is hands down the best agent I have worked with! She is a wealth of knowledge, responsive when I call or email her, and ensures she is proving us with multiple options. I have dealt with other agents who have just said xyzzy carrier is the cheapest. Leeza not only told me but she showed me, AND she provided brief details on the quote. I have also talked to Elizabeth who also did an amazing job. She assisted with a different type of policy. Overall this company knows the regulations on writing insurance and guided us to understand what we are getting and making sure it's done the correct way.   Amazing experience. I had Elizabeth Cook helping me and she was nothing but kind, professional, and displayed an incredibly strong sense of ethics in her work. I went in pretty blind to the ins and outs of home insurance especially, and she took her time explaining everything about my policy options line for line. She even went out of her way to review other policy offers I was sent by other agent with no expectation of me purchasing a policy through Brightway. Truly a one of kind work ethic and integrity that should be more common. I ended up not just getting my home insurance through her and Brightway, but even switched my auto policy over as well.
