- FAFlorida Living with AllisonApr 8, 20265.0Shopping for auto insurance is never what I would call a fun experience especially when there are teen drivers in the family. However, Michael McLemore, was consistent (but not pushy) with his approach and was able to provide a lower premium than I was paying with another well known insurer. Even though Michael's office is located on the other side of the state, I am happy with my decision to work with his office for my auto insurance needs.

They are not fair and customers are not a priority. They billed me for almost a year for a vehicle I did not own any longer. They knew I had gotten rid of that vehicle but still charged me for it and would not refund my money.
