  I recently moved my flood, homeowners, condo, duplex, and vehicle insurance to Brightway, and the switch has been a good one. Their pricing is the most competitive I've found, and they work with some of the best carriers in Florida, which matters when you're insuring property here. The staff are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Having everything handled under one agency makes it simple. I'd recommend Brightway to any Florida homeowner, condo owner, or landlord.

  My husband and I are purchasing an investment/vacation/future retirement home in Florida and Brightway was referred to me by my mortgage lender. Juan Arenas is amazing!! He helped guide me through the maze of getting home insurance on an older home in Florida, I had no idea how complicated it would be, and Juan answered all my questions and worked with me to identify the best policy. He even referred me to a property manager as we plan to rent the property. Fantastic customer service, above and beyond!

  I had a home insurance policy with a different agent that NEVER shopped my policy during the many years I was with him. Reached out to Juan to just check my policy for me and came to realize I was over paying on my home owners insurance policy by THOUSANDS!! Not just for a year but for over 5 years!! Juan made the transition to a new policy seamless. From the time of reaching out to signing the new policy, it took less than 3 days!
