  My wife and I have been clients of Brightway Agency for 6 years and have been very pleased with their services. Professional, friendly staff who have always taken care of our insurance needs. Recently I had the occasion to work with one of their agents, Alicia L. on finding us an additional policy that we needed. She was incredibly helpful in finding and setting us up with the policy we were looking for. She kept us informed as to what we needed to do and made sure we filled out our application correctly, as well as answering all the questions we had. But the best part was how friendly and nice she was throughout the whole process. Our experience with her was great!

  I called couple insurance agency’s to find coverage on a new home I purchased. The agent helping me at Brightway Insurance is Alicia Longo. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed that she found an error made on the windstorm mitigation report that would save me quite a money on my annual premium. I told her that the competing companies did not find this error. Even though the competitors had apples to apples on the pricing the same home owner carrier, brightway was a hair under the competition. It was close to competitors but my reason for selecting brightway was because the speed and Alicia taking the time to analyze the mitigation report to make sure it was correct. Thanks Alicia and Brightway.
