Instead of me having to negotiate the online process of filing a claim when my parked and unoccupied car was hit, she did it all in person with me at her desk while filing it over the phone with the claims office. She made it such an easy thing to accomplish at a time when I was very upset about the damage to my new car. She is also a refreshingly nice person!
