Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Sandi provided exactly that. I highly recommend her and the entire State Farm team for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to their clients.

I received a check up call from Sandy, to check on my policy, to see if I'm sufficiently covered and to help me receive any savings I might be entitled to. To my surprise I'm going to receive a $100 dividend check from State Farm and a reduction to my policy because I enrolled in their drive safe program. She also inquired about selling me other forms of insurance, that might be beneficial to me. But, she wasn't pushy, she actually took a very sincere approach with the perspective of how or if I'd benefit from obtaining some other type of insurance. It was refreshing, not to feel like I was a cash register to her, but simply a person who could benefit from the policies they offer. It was a personable conversation, thank you Sandy.
