  "Live life by commission" should be this agencies motto. Had to leave this company for a laundry list of issues. Let's start with the refusal to sell a policy at state minimum for Auto which is illegal for this agency to do. I also don't appreciate the fear mongering about how i can get may parents sued if I cause an accident and go over the covered amount. (Not a thing) for the lowest risk drivers, clearly buying a car with financial responsibility and lack of speed driving (2026 Toyota Prius) it's clearly obvious I'm not going to be reckless and cause any form of severe accidents. Minus the fact I am Spike barber racing school graduate, which directly teachs you to avoid accidents, while being a US postal worker driver. Which obrien disregards every discount I'm eligible for. I also find Bill Mitchell to be very rude. I was the owners customer, but he passed away, and i got stuck with bill. I use to joke to the owner about how insurance companies scam me, and i tried the same joke on Bill, which he got extremely defensive about. Turns out. I was right all along. 1 phone call later, and 1 insurance company later, I was sold the same exact for dramatically less policy by the company O'brien told me to stay away from. Probably because they are the cheapest price with the largest postal discount. $144 a month. Vs paying 3000$ a year. It's also funny how much insurance skyrocketed when the previous car was a "sports car" and had every bad mark going towards it, and the new car has every good mark going for it. So glad I ran from this company.

  I have been working with this insurance company and the service has been better than 5 stars. I get great insurance coverage I want and at the same time get great service. I have asked a ton of questions and no matter how many I've asked they always answered them in the nicest and most professional way. I always feel like in making an informed decision.
