  Disagreeing with them makes you a "jerk" and an "unpleasant" customer. I called in on a few occasions and spoke with an agent about some possible payment issues. I stated my case, she stated Allstate's. I disagreed on whose fault it was and she almost immediately lashed back; proclaiming that it's my banks fault and even asked "if I was really going to argue" before calling me a jerk and an unpleasant customer, almost as if my arguing was an offense to her knowledge of her profession. I had questions, therefore I asked; I disagreed with the statements, therefore I argued them. Regardless of whose fault it is, losing control and resorting to name calling is unprofessional and unwarranted.

  Richard and his staff have always been helpful and responsive. Richard has been honest and willing to help, even when it wouldn't help him or his company but it would help me or other customers. You can't put a price on honesty.

  Richard and his office staff always provide personalized service and aren't pushy about new or additional products. I have had excellent claims experiences in the past as well
