Home insurance, life, and auto. Natalie, has the patience of a saint! I can call her multiple times with questions and she always, with detail, provides me with a well explanation of how/when. She goes into depth with all my questions and I never feel like I have anything unanswered or unsure of my decision. I will be the first to admit that once a year I go on a shopping hunt for the best coverage and “cheapest” quote for the best coverage. Yet, nothing beats State Farm for us year after year.
