Everyone in Sue's office is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my crazy travel and work schedule; schedules that often place me beyond reach during regular business hours. They help remind me if I miss a payment and keep me up to date in a constantly changing industry. I can't stress how helpful it is to be able to reach an actual person who knows me and my situation; to get my questions answered, and requests taken care of, all with one simple phone call. The personal touch Sue and her staff offer is enormously helpful and something that is becoming harder to find in any industry these days. Amazingly, their exceptional service comes at no additional cost; the premiums they offer through Stat Farm are always competitive, often surprisingly below their competitors cost.
