Clients rely on brokers to provide industry expertise, ensure proper coverage, and offer guidance and support during the claims process. Compassion, communication, and professionalism should be expected when clients need help the most. After more than 25 years without ever filing a claim, I recently had to go through the process for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience with Steve Basler and his office manager was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, there was a lack of empathy, poor communication, and little guidance on how to navigate the claim. Phone calls were often avoided, and follow-up was consistently lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brokerage to those seeking responsive and supportive representation. If you are currently a client but have never had to file a claim, I would strongly encourage you to evaluate whether this is the level of service you want when you need support most.

The tow truck was there within minutes, they arranged & paid for rental cars for me & the person I hit, and the claim was processed within 72 hours, with daily contact from the claim rep. This is why I recommend State Farm to everyone I know, and why I will be a customer here for life.
