Shawn handled my auto and renter's insurance. He was an easy going and friendly guy. I needed to get my third party information to Shawn, but I, then spoke to a gentleman by the name of Erney Justice. Very professional and took care of all the information I needed. Actually, I felt like Erney was the Air Traffic Control Tower for that office. I would highly recommend if you need to get things done, it would be in your best interest to go through Erney.
