  Jeff and Kevin are great people and really care about their customers. They have years of experience and are very knowledgeable. Some people don't understand that sometimes underwriters may need to make changes, upon review of new policies, which may impact premiums. This is industry-wide and not particular to any one company and certainly not something that the agent has control over. If a policy is in force, even for a few days, that premium amount will likely be deducted from any refunds if the policy is canceled. If a loss occurs during those few days when the policy is in force, coverage would be extended, provided it was a covered loss to begin with. (Yes, I have a background in insurance) It should also be noted that some people seem to have a greater number of one star reviews and seem to have issues everywhere they go.
