- RRRafaOct 5, 20265.0I reached out to April's office recently to make some temporary changes to my insurance coverage and instead of proceeding with the changes in isolation, Hannah reached out to me to discuss my specific holistic insurance situation. When I called back, I spoke with Lindsey who explained that by cancelling coverage now and signing back up later I could potentially lose a sizeable discount on my account, and an alternative solution would be to reduce coverage to the minimum. This change would preserve my discount while reducing my insurance payment on this particular plan to about $7 a month. Thank you for recommending what's best for me and my family as opposed to following my exact request without thinking about it!
