- CScathi sharpNov 2, 20141.0Mr. Richards receives a 1 star based on my personal experience with him. I contact him several times about an error in the submitted paperwork to State Farm. Each time he specifically stated he would review, correct and contact me personally back. He failed time and time again. Following up with this office staff they stated they would personally assist him to correct and would personally have him contact me. He had all the contact information and never contacted me to correct the initial submission error. I had to spend quite a lengthy time to find the correct path the correct the errors submit paperwork and follow through on my own. He never attempted to assist nor contact nor correct at all. The process of correcting took several months and hours of phone calls. Maybe others have had better luck with this agent but he does not have any personal skills to follow through when he states he will. His word is worthless. Even after having everything corrected he never even followed up with any type of apology or even a quick note the errors were completed. Its one thing to not live up to your word but its definitely horrendous of a major character flaw not to admit you failed.
