- PPPrince PolleyAug 20, 20261.0This is one of the worst insurance agencies I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The customer service was poor, the staff were rude, and the agency appeared to lack basic knowledge of insurance. I decided to switch to State Farm, and instead of handling the transition professionally, they sent my account to a collection agency. Insurance is a contract, and customers have the right to leave when they choose. If a premium is not paid, the appropriate action is to cancel the policy according to the terms of the contract—not treat the customer disrespectfully. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for better customer service and professionalism.

U talk to them because they won't help just justify there actions
