I want to give a big shout out to Martin Amador Allstate Insurance. Their team reached out via phone and email to ask if I had any questions about the upcoming homeowners policy renewal. No other home insurance has ever taken the time to call and ask us if we had any questions or concerns about our policy. This in my mind, shows that they care about their clients.
I spoke with Oscar and Cori on two separate occasions. Oscar addressed any questions I had regarding my policy. Cori, at my request, sent the renewal policy to my mortgage company a little earlier so they would have the information in time for the mortgage company’s escrow analysis.
These two agents were exceptionally professional, pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this home insurance company to address your needs. Communication is key to this consumer. Friendly, professional staff is also a priority. Thank you Oscar and especially Cori for your exceptional service!

This company dropped our home owner policy without notification or returned follow up communication. The agent couldn't clarify the reason and wouldn't allow us to speak to anyone who might be able to give insight. We were simply told that they could draw up a new policy for thousands of dollars more. The only thing I can deduce is that it was a scam at an attempt to increase premiums. Never again.

Worst experience EVER! Don’t even deal with them. The agent called me and offered me to join their insurance company, I did trust him and joined, he said you’re in good hands anytime you can call me. But what a surprise I had couple questions and it is impossible to talk to your agent, and then I decided to cancel my policy because nobody could talk to me about my concerns, but you guess what, I did call them and requested to cancel, the next day called them again to confirm it was canceled, they said it is still active I was like what? And you will not believe it it was like that for 5 days already, I call every day and asking to cancel, they say okay it is canceled and the next day they say it is Active what a joke. So basically there is no chance to cancel your insurance and get a hold of anyone! Worst customer service EVER!!!
