- LSLance SmithDec 21, 20251.0I had a hail claim, my estimate for repairs was almost 6,000 and the gave me 1200 to settle it. So needless to say I can’t even get my car repaired. In my opinion it’s one of the insurance companies out there.

- AHAdam HamiltonMay 10, 20211.0I had to leave All State after 4 years because Mitchell Wettstein's takeover of my local agency has been horrendous. Prior to Mitchell, the previous agency was notorious for leaving customers high-and-dry but this has went to an entirely new level. I've left multiple voicemails and called their 1-800 main line to request contact from my office. I have not received any communication from this agent at all. After multiple attempts to fix an issue prior to beginning of May 2021, I was charged a fee for the exact issue I wanted to correct. Now, I've called in and the 1-800 line is referring me to my local agent to have them fix the problem. After this comedy of errors I decided to go to State Farm and their policy was over $100 a month cheaper for the exact same policy. Steer clear of this local agent if you want to be "In Good Hands" with your insurance agency.
