Communication was slow at the start, and the quote I eventually received had several errors that made it far more expensive than it should have been. Another State Farm office reviewed the same home, corrected the mistakes, and quoted better coverage for thousands less. I'd recommend double-checking everything if you work with this office. ****Reply to owner’s response. Ben, Suggesting my experience is "fake" or that I'm a competitor is exactly the problem. I'm a real customer who was given incorrect pricing and inaccurate information by your sales team. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds to them. Your team could have acknowledged the error and made it right. Instead, the response was to deflect and question my credibility. That tells me more about the culture of your office than the original mistake did.
