With over six years of experience in the insurance industry, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. My focus areas include Auto Insurance and serving the Hispanic community, where I take pride in providing personalized guidance and support to meet each customer’s unique needs. I hold Series 6 and 65 licenses and have previously been recognized as one of the top life insurance producers in the country—a reflection of my commitment to excellence and helping customers prepare for the future. Outside of work, my fiancé and I enjoy exploring Colorado’s local food scene, discovering new restaurants, and visiting farmers markets in search of the best baked goods. I also love traveling, especially returning home to Puerto Rico to spend time with my parents and friends. Our dog, Lola, is an important part of our family and proudly lets everyone know that her dad is a State Farm Agent.

    I really appreciate the responsiveness of Christian Hernandez Ayala and his office after I was hit by another driver. Christian walked me through the process to file my claim and get my car fixed promptly. I am so appreciative and would recommend Christian Hernandez Ayala!

    I had an excellent experience working with Brigitte regarding my Auto, Renters & UTV policies. She was energetic, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my policy questions clearly, and thoroughly, making everything easy to understand. Her positive attitude and Customer Service were outstanding and I truly appreciated her help. Highly recommended!

    Been with State Farm since 1989. Our agent retired in November 2025 and Christian took over handling our policies. Can't say enough about the seamless, thorough, meticulous transition and attentiveness and white glove service we always receive from Christian and Jenny!
