  I had a really great experience today! Ruben was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to help me out, answer my questions, and make the whole process so much easier for me. I truly appreciate his kindness and the effort he put into helping me. It’s not every day you come across people who genuinely care about helping others. Thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service! I definitely recommend them! 😊

  If I could of given a 0 star review I would’ve My experience at this insurance office was extremely disappointing and upsetting\. I visited around 3:00 PM, during business hours, and there was only one employee working at the time.For some reason, the door was locked while I was inside.Another employee arrived and began knocking, trying to get inside.When he finally entered, he immediately started yelling loudly at the other employee, shouting about why the door was locked .His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary, especially in front of customers and children. He saw the situation of the other employee and me about my son ask why but I was so upset and left crying. Unfortunately, the situation got even worse.My 3 year-old son briefly grabbed a calculator, as young children sometimes do. I was already trying to redirect him and make sure he wasn’t touching things he shouldn’t.Instead of handling the situation appropriately, the employee screamed at my toddler so loudly that my son became frightened and started crying. There is absolutely no excuse for an adult employee to scream at a 2-year old child like that.I understand that children need supervision, and I was doing my best to supervise my son.However, there is a respectful way to handle these situations, and intimidating a small child is not it. I also believe management needs to look into why the office door was locked around 3:00 PM. If the business is supposed to be open to customers during those hours, why are customers potentially being left outside a locked door? The owners or management should ensure the office is being operated properly and that employees are behaving professionally. This entire experience was uncomfortable, upsetting, and unacceptable.Customers should not have to witness employees screaming at one another, and parents should not have to watch their small children be treated that way.Management needs to take responsibility, supervise its employees, and ensure customers are treated with basic respect.
