  Reece has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He is thorough, efficient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He has a very welcoming and comfortable presence, and he makes himself available whenever possible. When I first started, I was assigned to Alexa. While she was helpful in some respects, there were instances where I felt uncomfortable with the way reviews were encouraged. I was offered a discount or incentive in exchange for leaving a positive review, and I felt as though I was being pressured to say something favorable in order to receive the offer. Being asked to do so in front of her made the experience even more uncomfortable. My experience with Reece has been completely different. He never asked me for a review or made me feel pressured in any way. Instead, he took the time to listen to my concerns, presented me with different options, and worked with me while being mindful of my current financial situation. Most importantly, he provided excellent service and made me feel genuinely heard and supported. I am very happy with my experience with Reece and would absolutely recommend him. He is professional, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients.

  The office was friendly when walk in. Alexia (who helped us) answered all our questions and helped us get the best insurance for our budget. Great office for insurance needs.

  I have been with this car insurance company for a few years now and I am completely satisfied with their service. The representatives I have had interactions with have always been helpful, professional, and friendly. My most recent experience was with Alexia, she did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure all my questions were answered. Thank you to the Freeway Watsonville team for all you do and always helping me as a customer when I needed help or had a question.
