I was with State Farm and they have been great but they did not offer renters insurance. Aidyn was such a gem. I was going into surgery in a couple days when we had spoke, and he set it out on his calendar to follow back up with me so we could initiate the policies and go over everything and he did just that. His customer service was 10 out of 10. Honestly, customer service will always win me over and he did just that!!! Thank you again, Aidyn, for your efficiency and your follow up. I really, really appreciate it.
