  Call this morning with issues streamly important to me, spoke to Susan, she kept telling me she was to really busy, had a lot of people. I ask to be Transfer to any that would be able to assist me. I got the impression she didn't want to deal with my situation. I needed to speak to someone at freeway insurance, she ended up transferring to Aspire insurance. Streamly unprofessional.
