  This is my 3rd time getting insurance through this agency, and unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing compared with my previous visits. I purchased my policy on 10/1 and was told my next payment would be due in 30 days. However, my paperwork showed the 19th. I asked that same day for clarification so I could budget accordingly. By 10/7, after repeated follow ups, I was still trying to get a clear answer and locate the updated documents they said had been emailed. The agent eventually explained that autopay had not been set up and that she had corrected the billing schedule. That explanation would have been helpful when I first asked. Instead, the response emphasizing what she had already told me on the phone felt dismissive, especially since the paperwork contradicted that information. When you pay $200 broker fee you expected clear communication and assistance with basic questions about a policy. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should not have to keep following up for nearly a week to confirm a payment due date. As a returning customer, I expected better service.
