The moment you file a claim, they employ stall tactics under the guise of a 'review process'—in my case, dragging it out for four months—only to ultimately deny reimbursement. They are happy to collect premiums and profit, yet they consistently fail to provide the coverage promised. I am filing a formal complaint with the consumer protection bureau to expose these predatory practices. I am sharing this so that others can avoid becoming victims of this company."
