  Omg!!! Alexeya and her manager we're so super helpful to me I was in a bind and they were able to work their insurance magic for me I don't know what else to say except thank you so much you made my day you helped me out so much and I am so grateful to you guys

  The first person I talked to seemed irritable and frustrated by my misunderstanding of the things she was asking me , but the next person I got connected to her name was Alexya Barrera and she was very helpful very sweet and very kind. I have never had better customer service. I am the first time car owner let alone insurance buyer and she was nothing but patient and understanding every question I had she answered without fail, no matter how many ways I had to ask it to understand she was very patient with my cluelessness, and I was very lucky to have talked to her instead of anybody else and she deserves to be acknowledged thank you Alexya you are an absolute angel:)
