  Just a heads up, there is a $350 agent fee applied when they get you a policy. Their sales team is very nice and accomodating, but they somewhat hide that fee in with the intial payment for a policy. It is non refundable as well. They didnt lie about it, but it was not mentioned that half of the initial payment to start a policy was just a finders fee. This is abnormally high for the industry, and I would suggest calling AIS if you want to save several hundred dollars. This review is for the service provided, and not a direct negative review of any specific employee at this branch, as everyone I spoke to was kind and curteous, and presented as professional if not a bit rehearsed. This is the branch where i purchased the policy intially, and when I found a better policy less than 2 weeks later, I find out about the fees since I wanted itemization regarding a prorate. I have never seen hidden fees like this with any other insurance company, and would highly recommend staying away from Freeway as a company.
