  Olivia is the best! This is my second time getting assistance from her to find a better insurance deal. Trying to do it myself can get very stressful, so having someone with her expertise and knowledge is extremely valuable. She makes the whole process so much easier, always takes the time to find the best option for me, and makes sure everything is clearly explained. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her!

  Was calling for a quote in the customer service was a bit terrible due to the first representative. I talked to failed to update my information and pulled up an old address from 10 years ago when I wasn’t even able to Drive (14 Years old) then Proceeded to forward my call to a different representative and As soon as the second person Got on the phone he instantly bashed the first representative for his mistakes, as if I was just gonna join them on mockery. Also, heneeds to work on his professionalism. The website is false advertising and needs to provide accurate information for customers… The quote for the insurance was good, but He added a extra $100 on top of what was already quoted to me, which didn’t make any sense. I will rather be at a company where I get treated with respect before buying services from the provider.
