  Wish I can give a 0 rating ! My brother went into this Freeway Insurance location to address an overcharge on his policy, and had the absolute worst experience with an agent named Nancy. He has been coming to this specific location for the last 10 years, and he has never had an issue being served or getting help with my account. However, Nancy was completely unhelpful and showed zero patience for an elderly person. Instead of trying to assist him or even offering him a seat to discuss the policy overcharge, she was dismissive and actually laughed at him . To top it off, she just told him to go to a different location in san fernando and contact an agent. Loyal, long-term customers deserve basic respect and patience, not to be laughed at and turned away. If this is the kind of standard Freeway Insurance allows, we will gladly take our business to a different insurance company. Management really needs to step in, retrain this staff, and address how clients are treated at this location.
