  Today I had a great experience and help from Gilbert, one of the operators. He was kind and knowledgeable and willing to take time to break down a lot of the insurance offers they have. I’m glad to have been helped and taken care of.

  So far so good. I’ve called in for a quote and a lady helped me giving me a “great” deal but when waiting for her call back never came back 🤷🏻‍♀️ I called back only to find out she had given me a wrong quote and most likely that’s why she didn’t reach back to me, not good not professional. Everybody makes mistakes and this was Cost-U-Less Insurance’s opportunity to show off their costumer services skills and they definitely did 👏🏻❤️ I did not get the original quote I was falsely given at first, but JUSTIN ONTIVEROS however was empathetic and great at winning back an already lost costumer, made me happy by talking to his manager and getting me a small yet kind discount on my downpayment 👍 it’s this small detail of caring that matter👏🏻 thank you JUSTIN ONTIVEROS 🎉
