  I can’t recommend Mariela enough! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Not only did she help me find more affordable insurance and save money, but she was also incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy to understand and took the time to make sure I found the best option for my needs. On top of being great at what she does, she has such a fun personality! She’s hilarious, genuinely sweet, and such a pleasure to talk to. What could have been a boring, stressful insurance process turned into an enjoyable experience thanks to her. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them. If you’re looking for someone who knows her stuff, will help you save money, and will make you laugh along the way, she’s definitely the person to go to!   OMFGGGGGG VANSSA LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE she hooked me up with a great deal and a great insurance company!!!!! She is top tier and absolutely needs a raise or promotion.

  I filed a claim in July 2026,it took the adjuster 4 weeks to come survey the damage to my vehicle,he said someone will be in touch with me , it is now Sept 30 2026,and I have had no contact, with Aspire / Freeway insurance i called many times and noone to date has returned any of my calls / messages email.In the meantime I'm receiving certified mail by the other party involved with a dent in their bumper,the claim no one has called them back after leaving messages ,frustrating and terrible way to do business .

  Amber and Vanessa helped me set up my policy and they went above and beyond. They’re both very friendly and didn’t make it feel like every other hour long call you have to make to take care of your responsibilities. 10/10 experience.
