- SWSaben WuJul 10, 20265.0Excellent service as always. I have been with Ngoc Statefarm for about 5 years now. When my parents’ car got an accident, I called and they took care it right away. We quickly got a check to fix the car. Everything went well until I got a traffic ticket last year. They called to let me know ahead about the monthly payment increase, and gave me options, good recommendation to help in the mean time. Honestly, thats all I am asking for when shopping for insurances, especially a good service who truly care of their customers. My whole family has been with them for years and never regret. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
