  If you need COI in a timely matter not going to happen . They change the staff constantly it seems like the good ones don’t stay long .

  It’s always unsettling to find out that your insurer is no longer writing homeowner policies like yours.   At first it was very hard to get ahold of someone at InsureOne using the number given to us by our insurance company.m hence the 4 stars. Once I was connected with Eli, that was no longer an issue and his responses were almost immediate which made resolving the issues the insurance company had with our property much easier. Eli was kind in a very frustrating and stressful situation. 5 stars for Eli. Thank you Eli!
