  I had done the online quote first and then it advised me to give them a call. I thought oh no this gonna be a long tedious waste of time if I didn’t like what they were going to tell me, but Burak came on the line. It was quick and easy and I got what I wanted and he made sure that all the paperwork was sent and completed and under 30 minutes, which was a recordbreaker for me. Not to mention. They added on AAA for the first year … Thank you for all your help. We appreciate your service.

  I am giving a 4 versus a 5 just due to the time I talked to the first person and gave information but was transferred to the next person to give same details. BUT Noemi Gonzalez helped me and she was very detailed and got my coverage down by 300$ a month, she was friendly and walked me through every step over the phone she sent the documents I needed and everything was seamless and smooth. I definitely recommend freeway insurance. Even with a not so great driving record she got my monthly payment down by over 200 compared to other auto insurance carriers
